About the course of accomplishment of the Decision of Council of CIS Heads of Government of November 29, 2001 about the Interstate program of creation of network of information marketing centers for promotion of goods and services on the national markets of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States for the period till 2005

1. Take into consideration Information on the course of accomplishment of the Decision of Council of CIS Heads of Government of November 29, 2001 about the Interstate program of creation of network of information marketing centers for promotion of goods and services on the national markets of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States for the period till 2005 it (is applied) which term of realization is extended till 2008 by the Decision of Council of CIS Heads of Government of June 3, 2005, prepared by the Ministry of information technologies and bonds of the Russian Federation (the state customer - the coordinator of the specified Program) together with Executive committee of the CIS and considered by the Commission on economic problems.

2. To the state customer coordinator and national state customers to perform as the main areas of work on completion of the Program in 2008 the following events:

- development of the normative-right base of ensuring functioning of interstate network of the information marketing centers (IMC) of the State Parties of the CIS;

- development and implementation of technology solutions on information exchange of national IMTs networks;

- development of the principles of pricing, tariff plans and mechanisms of settlement for services of the IMTs interstate network of the State Parties of the CIS and telecom operators;

- completion by national state customers of the Program of creation of the national IMTs networks which are compound links of the IMTs interstate network of the State Parties of the CIS;
