Based on subitem 5.10 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1592 "Questions of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus" and according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2006 "About entering of amendments and changes into the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 18, 2005 No. 285" the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 760

1. Approve:

1.1. the enclosed Instruction about procedure for filling of the tax declaration (calculation) for the single tax, calculation of the single tax for the physical person which is not performing business activity;

1.2. form of the tax message according to appendix to this resolution.

2. Recognize to invalid:

2.1. the resolution of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus of July 5, 2005 No. 73 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for calculation and payment of the single tax from individual entrepreneurs and other physical persons and the Instruction about procedure for calculation and tax discharge on value added in fixed amount" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 120, 8/12910);

2.2. the resolution of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus of May 17, 2006 No. 59 "About modification and amendments in the resolution of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus of July 5, 2005 No. 73" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 86, 8/14482);

2.3. the resolution of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus of October 23, 2006 No. 106 "About modification of the resolution of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus of July 5, 2005 No. 73" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 186, 8/15253).

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
