1. Approve:

1.1. "Instruction for accounting of medicines and products of medical appointment in the treatment-and-prophylactic organizations of the republic" (Appendix 1).

1.2. Accounting and the forms of account filled in hospital drugstores and rooms of storage of HP for accounting and the report of HP and IMN in the organizations of health care of the republic:
