1. Establish form of the certificate of transfer in the republican budget of the state fee paid by the payers who are not tax residents of the Republic of Belarus and being outside the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus of February 13, 2007 No. 29 "About some questions on the state fee and recognition voided some regulatory legal acts" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 79, 8/16012).
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
