According to Article 187 of the Customs code of Ukraine, Rules of sales of goods duty-free shops, N 1089, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 17.07.2003 I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure of customs control over sales of goods by duty-free shops to physical persons on the air vehicles performing the international flights it (is applied).
2. To department of the organization of customs control (Semk S. M.) and Legal department (Babyuk V. L.) provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. Determine that this order becomes effective in 45 days from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of the order on the vice-chairman of the State Customs Service of Ukraine Fedorov O. O.
