About approval of Rules of sales of goods by duty-free shops

According to part four of Article 420 of the Customs code and subitem 195.1.2 "g" of article 195 of the Tax Code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve Rules of sales of goods by duty-free shops which are applied.

2. To the State Customs Service and State committee on cases of protection of frontier:

carry out to three-months time re-registration of the issued permissions to the right of opening of duty-free shops and tax till April 15, 2004 the list of these shops of State Tax Administration;

approve in a month by the joint order of form of permission to opening of duty-free shop, the statement on its obtaining and decisions on action stop.

3. To the ministries, other central executive bodies to bring own decisions into accord with this resolution.

4. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

5. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2004.
