agreed as follows:

Article 1

Subject of this agreement is determination of procedure for visit of the Baikonur complex by citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and citizens of the Russian Federation - personnel of the spaceport, residents Baikonur, the official and sent persons, representatives of mass media, delegations, tourists, and also foreign citizens.

Article 2

Concepts "the Baikonur, city of Baikonur and city administration Baikonur complex (taking into account renaming of the city of Leninsk into the city of Baikonur), "personnel of the spaceport", used in this agreement, have the values defined by the Lease agreement of the Baikonur complex between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Russian Federation of December 10, 1994.
