RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF NATIONAL BANK OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

of November 27, 2006 No. 323

About the annual statement of banks of the Republic of Belarus

(as amended on on November 17, 2010)

Based on article 26 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus and the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 2001 "About authority delegation to the Board of directors of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus" the Board of directors of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 329

1. Approve forms of the annual statement of banks of the Republic of Belarus:

the balance sheet (form of 1 annual statement) according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

the report on profit and losses (form 2 of the annual statement) according to appendix 2 to this resolution;

the report on change of the capital (form 3 of the annual statement) according to appendix 3 to this resolution.

2. Approve the enclosed Instruction for creation of the annual statement by banks of the Republic of Belarus.

3. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2001 No. 350 "About approval of Rules of creation and submission of the annual statement by banks of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 15, 8/7691);

the resolution of the Board of directors of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 2002 No. 413 "About modification and amendments in the Rules of creation and submission of the annual statement by banks of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2001 No. 350" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 13, 8/8985);

the resolution of the Board of directors of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of November 30, 2004 No. 337 "About modification and amendments in Rules of creation and submission of the annual statement by banks of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 196, 8/11806).

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2007 and is applied in case of creation of the annual statement by banks of the Republic of Belarus for the period since 2006.
