1. Ceased to be valid

2. Approve the enclosed Regulations on State commission on ensuring accomplishment of the obligations of Turkmenistan following from Conventions and United Nations Environmental Programs.

3. Assign preparation of materials to the Ministry of environmental management and environmental protection of Turkmenistan, subject to consideration by State commission on ensuring accomplishment of the obligations of Turkmenistan following from Conventions and United Nations Environmental Programs.

4. To the state agency on foreign investments in case of the President of Turkmenistan, to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Economics and finance of Turkmenistan to consider the projects necessary for accomplishment of the obligations of Turkmenistan following from Conventions and United Nations Environmental Programs in case of determination of the direction of use of the financial and technical assistance arriving from other states and the international organizations.

5. Consider No. 3106 which voided the resolution of the President of Turkmenistan of April 15, 1997 "About formation of State commission of Turkmenistan on climate change problems".
