1. Approve enclosed Regulations on joint Turkmen-Turkish boarding schools in Turkmenistan and Regulations on the International Turkmen-Turkish university.

2. According to the Constitution of Turkmenistan collection of tuition fee in the state educational institutions is forbidden.

However, considering financial difficulties of the Center of formation of "Bashkent" of the Republic of Turkey, to permit, by way of exception, joint Turkmen-Turkish educational institutions to levy payment from pupils and students at boarding schools in the amount of no more than 100 thousand manats a month, in the International Turkmen-Turkish universiteten more than 200 thousand manats a month for acquisition of textbooks and education guidances, the modern equipment and the computer equipment.

3. To provide to the main state tax authorities of Turkmenistan control of correctness of collection of payment from pupils and students of joint Turkmen-Turkish educational institutions, and also accounting of the specified means.

4. To Central Bank of Turkmenistan according to the requests of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan approved with the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan to make converting of manats in US dollars for compensation of the teachers and specialists invited from the Republic of Turkey and other foreign countries for work in joint Turkmen-Turkish educational institutions.
