About creation of the State fund of development of education of Turkmenistan

For the purpose of development of national education system and strengthening of educational material resources of organizations of education I decide:

1. Create the State fund of development of education of Turkmenistan.

2. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the State fund of development of education of Turkmenistan and structure of Council of Fund.

3. Determine that the financial resources of the Government budget of Turkmenistan which are not used within year provided on content and development of organizations of education in the end of the year in budget receipt are not withdrawn, and are transferred into the special account of the State fund of development of education of Turkmenistan.

4. Open manatny and currency special accounts of the State fund of development of education of Turkmenistan in Treasurer management of the Ministry of Economics and finance of Turkmenistan.

Regulations on the State fund of development of education of Turkmenistan

1. The state fund of development of education of Turkmenistan (the Fund is referred to as) is created for successful realization of state policy in the field of education. Fund is allocated for strengthening of educational material resources of organizations of education and holding teaching and educational actions.

For providing the correct expenditure of fund Council of Fund which in the activities is accountable to the President of Turkmenistan is created.

Special (manatny and currency) accounts of Fund are opened in Treasurer management of the Ministry of Economics and finance of Turkmenistan.
