2. 4. Determine that financing of National institute of medicines of Turkmenistan is performed due to self-supporting activities of the companies and organizations of the Ministry of Health and the Medical Industry of Turkmenistan.

5. To provide to the ministry of rural and water farms of Turkmenistan and the Ministry of Health and the Medical Industry of Turkmenistan carrying out joint surveys at the experimental station located in the territory of the Garrygalynsky etrap on studying of medicinal vegetable resources.

6. To the Ministry of Health and the Medical Industry of Turkmenistan:

develop and approve structure and the staff list of National institute of medicines of Turkmenistan;

provide National institute of medicines of Turkmenistan with pilot sites for scientific research on introduction in culture of herbs;

place National institute of medicines of Turkmenistan in the biological case of the Turkmen state medical institute located on Ulitsa Gerogly, 27.
