3. Declare invalid the resolution of the President of Turkmenistan of May 2, 1996 N 1804 "About creation of National council on cultural development and arts in case of the President of Turkmenistan".

1. Gengesha on development of national culture, literature and art in case of the President of Turkmenistan, hereinafter referred to as Gengesha, it is created for assistance in implementation of state policy on cultural development, literatures and arts of independent neutral Turkmenistan.

2. Gengesha in the activities is guided by the Constitution of Turkmenistan, other legal acts of Majlis of Turkmenistan, acts of the President of Turkmenistan, decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, and also this Provision.

3. The main objectives of activities of Gengesha are:
