1. Approve the Order of registration of the external economic contracts (contracts) for implementation of export transactions with scrap metal it (is applied).

2. To the ministry of industrial policy in coordination with the Ministry of Economy and European Integration to develop the Procedure for approval of the external economic contracts (contracts) for implementation of export transactions with scrap metal and to register it in accordance with the established procedure in the Ministry of Justice.

Order of registration of the external economic contracts (contracts) for implementation of export transactions with scrap metal

1. This Procedure determines the procedure of registration of the external economic contracts (contracts) for implementation of export transactions with scrap of ferrous metals, scrap of the alloyed ferrous metals and non-ferrous scrap.

2. For registration of the external economic contract (contract) for export of scrap of ferrous metals, scrap of the alloyed ferrous metals and non-ferrous scrap the subject of foreign economic activity of Ukraine submits the Ministry of Economic Development the following documents:

cover letter;

information card of the external economic contract (agreement) in the form established by the Ministry of Economic Development;
