1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for maintaining the State register of burdenings of personal estate and filling of statements which is attached.

2. To the state company "Information center" of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine till 02.08.2004:

create the software of the State register of burdenings of personal estate;

provide due transferring of the database of the State register of pledges of personal estate to the database of the State register of burdenings of personal estate;

provide commissioning of the State register of burdenings of personal estate.

3. Determine that for use of the State register of burdenings of personal estate by receipt of extraction the payment is levied in the amount of, provided by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 05.07.2004 No. 830.

4. Determine that registrars of the State register of encumbrances of personal estate (further - the Registrar) make statements of the State register of encumbrances of personal estate (including excerpts about public encumbrances of personal estate) in duplicate, one of which remains in the case of the Registrar, and the second is presented to the applicant.
