According to Item 3 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 22.02.2008 N 57 "Questions of appointment and payment of the help to families with children" and taking into account provisions of the Procedure for the appointment and payment of government assistance to families with children approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 27.12.2001 N 1751 (with changes), we ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for exchange of information about the termination of payment of the help in case of the child's birth to parents (guardians, adoptive parents), to adoptive parents and parents tutors it (is applied).
2. To department of the state social protection of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy to register this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on deputy ministers according to distribution of obligations.
