1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the Ministry of Ukraine for family, youth and sport of April 14, 2008 No. 200/196/1481 "About approval of the Procedure for exchange of information about the termination of payment of the help in case of the child's birth to parents (guardians, adoptive parents), adoptive parents and parents tutors", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 5, 2008 at No. 378/15069.
2. To provide to department of the government public assistance of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine (Muzychenko V. V.) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on deputy ministers according to distribution of obligations.
