Approve the enclosed Regulations on the state energy supervision in the Republic of Belarus.

1. The state energy supervision is exercised for the purpose of safety of life and human health, steady functioning of the energy equipment, systems of power supply, observance of rules of supply and use of electrical and heat energy.
2. The state energy supervision is exercised in the form of actions technical (technological, testing) nature concerning legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and other physical persons - consumers of electrical and heat energy (further - consumers) and the power supplying organizations, except for consumers and the power supplying organizations which electric and heatusing installations are operated by special rules.
The state energy supervision is exercised taking into account requirements of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 16, 2009 No. 510 "About enhancement of control (supervising) activities in the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 253, 1/11062).
