About formation of National service of development of the Turkmen sector of the Caspian Sea in case of the President of Turkmenistan

On historical joint of two millennia Turkmenistan turned into dynamically developing state which is comprehensively prepared for the entry into the 21st century - "gold" century of the Turkmen people. The strategic development of national economy during the period till 2005-2010 will allow to strengthen and expand diversified basis of national economy, including by exploitation of natural resources of the Turkmen sector of the Caspian Sea.

Development of the national sector of the Caspian Sea which is integral part and perspective economic basis of the state day by day becomes more and more important and real task. Complete and comprehensive integration of the Turkmen sector of the Caspian Sea into system of national economy, transformation of the young independent state into the leading sea power shall become resulting effect of the solution of this task.

For the purpose of realization of state policy in the field of development of the Turkmen sector of the Caspian Sea I decide:

1. Form National service of development of the Turkmen sector of the Caspian Sea in case of the President of Turkmenistan.

2. Approve enclosed:

Regulations on National service of development of the Turkmen sector of the Caspian Sea in case of the President of Turkmenistan;

structure of the Supreme council of National service of development of the Turkmen sector of the Caspian Sea in case of the President of Turkmenistan;

structure and the number of staff of employees of Executive directorate of National service of development of the Turkmen sector of the Caspian Sea in case of the President of Turkmenistan.
