2. To the state agency of social insurance and pensions to approve:

actions for implementation of the individual (personified) accounting of insurance premiums and accumulation personalized personal accounts in system of the national social insurance in the Republic of Tajikistan;

the instruction for conducting the individual (personified) accounting of insurance premiums and personalized personal accounts;

forms of the reporting and the forms necessary for the individual (personified) accounting.

3. To the ministries, the State committees, departments, Chairmen of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, cities and regions of the Republic of Tajikistan to render assistance to the State agency of social insurance and pensions and its divisions in activities for implementation of the individual (personified) accounting of insurance premiums
