According to requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of legal entities and physical persons entrepreneurs" State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine DECIDED:
1. Approve Regulations on entering of information on credit unions into the State register of financial institutions it (is applied).
2. Declare invalid the Regulations on registration of credit unions approved by the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of November 11, 2003 No. 115 and registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 26, 2003 for No. 1085/8406.
3. To submit to legal management (Tkachenko D. V.) this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.
4. And public relations (Nagornyak M. V.) to provide to department of interaction with mass media publication of this order in mass media after its state registration.
5. Control over the implementation of the order to assign to the member of the commission - the director of the department of supervision of credit institutes Olenchik A. Ya.
