About approval of the Regulations on reserve fund of heads of local public administrations - governors of areas of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on reserve funds of heads of local public administrations - governors of areas of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- annually to provide expenses on reserve funds of heads of local public administrations in the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic - governors of areas;
- together with Chapters local state administratsiygubernator of areas in case of execution of the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for distribution and use of means of reserve fund of Chapters of local state administratsiygubernator of areas to be guided by this Provision.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on department of organizational and inspection work and regional monitoring of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.
