About approval of the Regulations on reserve funds of plenipotentiaries of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in areas and akims of areas of the Kyrgyz Republic

According to article 21 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the basic principles of the budget right of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve Regulations on reserve funds of Chapters of local state administratsiygubernator of areas and akims of areas of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic annually to provide expenses in the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- on reserve funds of plenipotentiaries of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in areas;

- on reserve funds of heads of local public administrations - akims of areas.

3. Declare invalid Resolution of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on reserve fund of heads of local public administrations - governors of areas of the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 13, 2008 No. 297.

4. To impose control of execution of this Resolution on department of organizatsionnoinspektorsky work and regional monitoring of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. This Resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
