Based on the paragraph of the tenth of Article 10 and Item 2 of article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 26, 1992 "About environmental protection" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 1982-XII
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for forming and maintaining the state register of ecological information on state of environment and impact on it it (is applied).
1-1. Determine structure of the ecological information of general purpose which is subject to obligatory distribution, the owners of such information obliged to distribute it and frequency of its distribution according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2008.
