For the purpose of providing ecological safety I decide:
1. Determine criteria of reference of economic and other activity which makes harmful effects on the environment, to ecologically dangerous activities according to appendix.2. To provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus till July 1, 2008 reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Decree.
3. This Decree becomes effective since July 1, 2008, except for Item 2 and this Item which are becoming effective from the date of official publication of this Decree.
