About questions of the Ministry of Trade and foreign economic relations of Turkmenistan

For the purpose of realization of tasks on complete requirements satisfaction of the population in the goods and services delivered by the National program "The Strategy of Economic, Political and Cultural Development of Turkmenistan for the Period till 2020", and also further enhancement of domestic trade and development of foreign economic relations of the country I decide:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the Ministry of Trade and foreign economic relations of Turkmenistan.

2. Permit the Ministry of Trade and foreign economic relations of Turkmenistan to have two deputy ministers.

3. Establish the number of staff of employees of central office of the Ministry of Trade and foreign economic relations of Turkmenistan in number of 90 units (without service personnel).

4. To the Ministry of Trade and foreign economic relations of Turkmenistan:

together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan to develop and provide to the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan the feasibility statement on feasibility of creation and the organization of work of the trade missions under embassies and consulates of Turkmenistan, and also corporate shops abroad;

develop annual forecasts of needs for imported goods and industrial goods together with the ministries, departments and state-financed organizations and to carry out work on providing with them.

5. Determine that the Ministry of Trade and foreign economic relations of Turkmenistan promotes development and strengthening of economic independence of consumer societies and unions, provides observance of the rights and legitimate interests of the organizations of consumer cooperation and their members, immunity of their property and non-property rights.

6. Determine that monthly no later than the 15th following for reporting in the Ministry of Trade and foreign economic relations of Turkmenistan reports are submitted:
