1. Make changes to the resolution of the President of Turkmenistan of January 6, 1997 No. 2952:

The car driver license and the registration certificate of the vehicle are developed according to requirements of the Convention on traffic of 1968.

I. Car driver license

The car driver license is made on the form of light pink color of 97x66 mm in size., the gray-blue shade having on the center where two graphical patterns and half moon with stars are represented.

On reverse side two half moons with stars are represented.

Forms are made of special paper of Galyeshen.
