being guided by the Agreement on bases of the interstate relations between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Tajikistan of July 12, 1996 and the Contract between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Tajikistan about good-neighbourhood and partnership of May 26, 2004,

supporting further deepening and expansion of the Kyrgyz-Tajik cooperation with the purpose of effective solution of priority questions and conclusion of the bilateral relations to qualitatively new level,

for the purpose of strengthening of bilateral interaction in political, economic, humanitarian and other fields of mutually beneficial cooperation,

being interested in accomplishment of the reached agreements and bilateral international treaties,

agreed as follows:

- found Interstate Coordination Council of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Tajikistan and Council of Foreign Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Tajikistan;

- approve Regulations on Interstate Coordination Council of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Tajikistan (Appendix No. 1) and Regulations on Council of Foreign Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Tajikistan (Appendix No. 2).
