About approval of the Regulations on the Unified state register of enforcement proceedings
According to the Law of Ukraine "About enforcement proceeding" (with changes and amendments) for the purpose of creation of system of accounting of enforcement proceedings, increase in level of forced accomplishment of decisions of the courts and other bodies (officials), I ORDER to control of observance by the state contractors of requirements of the current legislation when implementing executive actions:
1. Approve Regulations on the Unified state register of enforcement proceedings which are applied.
2. Actually ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of 02.04.2012 No. 512/5
3. To department of the public executive service (Pavlova L. M.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 03.10.92 to No. 493/92 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies" (with changes and amendments).
4. To department of the public executive service (Pavlova L. M.), to the State company "Information center" of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Dobzhansky V. B.) to bring this order to permission of chiefs of Head department of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city justice departments, regional Gosinformyust of branches and to provide its due application in work.
