About approval of the Regulations on entering of information on non-state pension funds into the State register of financial institutions
According to requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About non-state pension provision", and also for the purpose of enhancement of state regulation of activities for provision of services on non-state pension provision State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine DECIDED:
1. Approve Regulations on entering of information on non-state pension funds into the State register of financial institutions (further - the Provision) which are applied.
2. Declare invalid the Regulations on procedure for state registration of non-state pension funds approved by the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of 29.12.2003 No. 186 and registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 19.01.2004 for No. 80/8679 (with changes and amendments).
3. To department of supervision of non-state pension funds (Rybalchenko A. A.) and to provide to legal management (Tkachenko D. V.) provision of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.
To department of interaction with mass media and public relations (Stepashkina O. A) to provide publication of this order in mass media after its state registration.
