About approval of Rules of provision of long-term loans to individual builders of housing in the village

1. Approve Rules of provision of long-term loans to individual builders of housing in the village it (is applied).

2. To the ministry of development of communities and territories and the Ministry of Finance to provide to funds of support of individual housing construction in the village the methodical help with introduction of Rules of provision of long-term loans to individual builders of housing in the village.

Rules of provision of long-term loans to individual builders of housing in the village

1. These rules determine according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of March 27, 1998 No. 222 "About measures for support of individual housing construction in the village" conditions and procedure for provision by funds of support of individual housing construction in the village (further - funds) soft long-term loans to individual builders of housing in the village in pursuance of the regional programs "Own House" and are the basis for development of the corresponding regional rules taking into account local conditions.

The main manager of budgetary funds and the executive in charge of the budget program "State Preferential Crediting of Individual Rural Builders for Construction (Reconstruction) and Acquisition of Housing" is Minrazvitiya, and receivers of budgetary funds - funds.
