About approval of Rules of classification of assets, contingent obligations and creations of provisions (reserves) against them
For the purpose of enhancement of the regulatory legal acts regulating activities of banks of the second level and the organizations, performing separate types of banking activities, Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations (further - the Agency) DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of classification of assets, contingent obligations and creation of provisions (reserves) against them (further - Rules).
2. Recognize to invalid:
1) the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 16, 2002 No. 465 "About approval of Rules of classification of assets, contingent obligations and creations of provisions (reserves) against them, with their reference to category doubtful and hopeless" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 2103);
2) the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 1, 2003 No. 327 "About modification and amendments in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 16, 2002 No. 465 "About approval of Rules of classification of assets, contingent obligations and creations of provisions (reserves) against them, with their reference to category doubtful and hopeless", registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan at No. 2103" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 2525).
