in I and II quarters - following the results of work for the first half of the year;

in III and IV quarters - following the results of work in year.

In case of receipt by the commercial organization of profit on sales of products, goods (works, services) following the results of the first half of the year of accounting year awarding of her head (his deputies) and chief specialists in the second half of the year of this year is performed in the procedure established by the legislation without reserve of the irovaniye of the added award established by part two of this Item.

Action of parts one, second and third this Item does not extend to the organizations which are a part of the system of National state broadcasting company of the Republic of Belarus, Second National TV Channel private company, Capital Television private company.
