Regulations on procedure for change of acreage of crops

1. This Provision is developed for the purpose of accounting of the acreage of the crops which died or damaged as a result of natural disasters, adverse weather conditions *, epiphytoties of diseases of destruction by wild animals, rodents and other circumstances under which it is impossible to receive the planned type of products or the obtaining expected it is economically inexpedient (further - acreage), estimates of condition and decision making about further use of such crops.

* For the purposes of this provision adverse weather conditions are understood as frosts, drought, heavy winds, downpours, flooding, hailstorm and others.

2. Requirements of this provision extend to legal entities whose core activity is cultivation (production) of crops, and also legal entities whose separate divisions grow up crops (further - the organizations making crops).
