About measures for further reforming of industry of agricultural mechanical engineering

For the purpose of further reforming of agricultural mechanical engineering, enhancement of management structure, rational placement of production of agricultural machinery at the companies of industry and increase in efficiency of their activities, broad attraction of foreign investments for upgrade, technical and technological rearmament of production:

1. Accept offers of the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of agricultural and water economy, the State Property Committee and Goskomdemonopolization of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the companies of agricultural mechanical engineering about:

reorganization of the companies of industry of agricultural mechanical engineering according to  appendix No. 1;

the termination, in the procedure established by the legislation, activities of JSC Toshkishlokmash, JSC Uzbekkishlokmash and their affiliated enterprises with transfer of the nomenclature of agricultural machinery produced by them and the corresponding production assets to other companies of industry according to  appendix No. 2;

to transfer in accordance with the established procedure non-core social objects of JSC TTZ and JSC Modular Plant on balance of khokimiyat of Tashkent on current status and exposure to realization through the public biddings according to  appendix No. 3.
