Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 25, 2004 N 52 "About approval of the Regulations on the qualification requirements imposed to the head of executive body and the chief accountant of the insurer" (reg. N 1338 of 16.04.2004 - "Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan", 2004, N 15, the Art. 183).
3. This order becomes effective after ten days from the moment of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
