In pursuance of article 40 of the Water code of Ukraine, article 29 of the Law of Ukraine "About drinking water and drinking water supply" and according to the Procedure for development and approval of technological standard rates of use of drinking water approved by the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning housing and communal services of 15.11.2004 No. 205, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 07.12.2004 for No. 1556/10155, for the purpose of ensuring implementation of evidence-based regulation of technological use of water by the housing and operational companies and organizations and stimulations of rational use of drinking water in housing stock I ORDER:

1. Approve the Technique of development of technological standard rates of use of drinking water in case of provision of services on content of houses and constructions and the house adjoining territories (further - the Technique) which is applied.

2. To management of water and sewer economy (Rudy V.P.) together with Legal department (Krylova I. I.) give the Technique on state registration in accordance with the established procedure.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister A. M. Kozlenko.
