Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of August 23, 2005 No. 36 "About approval of the Regulations on republican tender on the maximum extraction of secondary material resources from utility waste" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 142, 8/13099).
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
