Compulsory national insurance of life and health is performed at the expense of means of the Ministry of Defence, State boundary committee of the Republic of Belarus, Committee for State Security and Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Presidential Security Service of the Republic of Belarus.
Assign carrying out compulsory national insurance of life and health to the Belarusian republican unitary insurance enterprise Belgosstrakh.
2. Determine that insurance payments on the type of insurance provided by this resolution, including expenses of bodies of national insurance on its carrying out in the amount of 6 percent from the amounts of these payments, are quarterly listed by the Ministry of Defence, the State boundary committee of the Republic of Belarus, Committee for State Security, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Presidential Security Service of the Republic of Belarus into the account of the Belarusian republican unitary insurance enterprise Belgosstrakh.
