Determine that obligations on implementation of payments of insurance sums for compulsory national insurance in connection with damnification of life or to health of the military personnel, persons liable for call-up for the period of passing of military or special charges, reservists in case of stay on classes and training sessions in the insured events which came before entry into force of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 4, 2010 "About the status of the military personnel" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 15, 2/1652), are performed on the conditions operating before entry into force of the specified Law.
3. To the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State boundary committee, Committee for State Security in three-months time to take measures for implementation of this resolution.
