- Regulations on service in bodies of Service of financial police of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- scheme of management of Service of financial police of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Establish the extreme number of staff of staff of Service of financial police of the Kyrgyz Republic in number of 527 units (without service personnel) due to reducing the number of staff of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic on 207 units.

3. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in two-month time:

in the subitem "g" of Item 3 of appendix No. 4 to word Provision of "Financial police under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "Services of financial police of the Kyrgyz Republic".
