2. To the authorized bodies having the right to conducting checks of subjects of entrepreneurship:

- in a month from the date of entry into force of this resolution to install the Counter-missile defense program together with the GTZ project "Enhancement of electronic monitoring system of "Counter-missile defense";

- to regularly place information on checks in the Counter-missile defense program;

- use the Counter-missile defense program for review of scheduled inspections;

- quarterly, till the 15th following the accounting period to represent to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic information about performed activities of subjects of entrepreneurship electronically according to the Instruction approved by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. To the Ministry of economic development and trade of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- perform monitoring of compliance with law about checks of subjects of entrepreneurship from authorized bodies by means of the Counter-missile defense program;
