About the Single automated database of checks of subjects of entrepreneurship

For the purpose of implementation of article 15-2 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About procedure for conducting checks of subjects of entrepreneurship" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Determine the Single automated database of objects of checks the information system "Proverka.kg" (further - the Database), access to which is provided through the Internet portal to the address: www.proverka.kg.

2. Approve the enclosed Procedure for the organization and maintaining the database of objects of checks.

3. To the authorized bodies having the right to conducting checks of subjects of entrepreneurship:

- after receipt of access to the Database to begin its forming and use for conducting checks, taking into account risk degrees of subjects of entrepreneurship, approval of scheduled inspections, report generation by results of performed;

- quarterly, no later than the 15th following the accounting period in case of forming of the plan of checks for quarter or till February 1 of the year following the accounting period when forming the plan of checks for year to represent to the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic information about performed activities of subjects of entrepreneurship by means of the Database;

- approve the regulations on information security determining the compulsory provisions which are subject to execution by the staff of authorized bodies during the work with the Database.

4. To the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- provide implementation of the Database and uninterruptedness of its work;

- develop the schedule of step-by-step implementation of the Database in the authorized bodies having the right to conducting checks;

- provide provision of access to the Database according to the Procedure approved by this resolution.
