According to the Laws of Ukraine "About social work with children and youth", "About the prevention of violence in family", the General provision about the center of social services for family, children and youth approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 27.08.2004 N 1126 (with changes), I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure of social inspection by the centers of social services for family, children and youth of the families and persons which appeared in difficult vital circumstances (further - the Procedure) which is applied.

2. Republican (Autonomous Republic of Crimea), to the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city centers of social services for family, children and youth to provide implementation of the Procedure.

3. Consider invalid the order of the State committee of Ukraine for family and youth of 04.02.2002 N 11 "About approval of the Procedure by employees of the centers of social services for family, children and youth of social inspection for the purpose of ensuring maintenance of families in difficult vital circumstances", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 01.04.2002 for N 319/6607 (with changes).
