1) the list of the strategic objects transferred to the authorized capital and (or) which are in property of national holdings and (or) the national companies or their affiliirovanny persons, and also other legal entities with participation of the state;

2) the list of the strategic objects which are in property of legal entities not affiliirovanny with the state, but physical persons.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing and is subject to official publication.
