About approval of the list of the special means consisting on arms of bailiffs and Rules of their allocation

(as amended of the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 11.10.2019 No. 757)

For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 7, 1997 "About bailiffs" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) the List of the special means consisting on arms of bailiffs;

2) Rules of allocation of the special means consisting on arms of bailiffs.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
