1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for conducting primary accounting of use of waters.
2. Recognize invalid the instruction "Primary accounting of use of waters. General provisions. The instruction of water supervision", approved as the Minister of natural resources and environmental protections of the Republic of Belarus on July 21, 1995.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
