1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for production, issue and use of the international distinctive marks of civil defense and the identity certificates confirming the status of personnel of civil defense forces.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

1. This Provision is developed according to the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 27, 2006 "About civil defense" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 201, 2/1280) and determines procedure for production, issue and use of the international distinctive marks of civil defense (daleemezhdunarodny sign) and the identity certificates confirming the status of personnel of civil defense forces of the Republic of Belarus (daleeudostovereny persons).
2. The international sign and the identity certificate shall conform to the requirements established by the Additional protocol to the Geneva conventions of August 12, 1949 concerning protection of the victims of the international armed conflicts (Protocol I).
