1. Approve enclosed:
Pricing bases in the field of organization activity of utility complex;
2. To the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation in coordination with the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Federal Tariff Service and Federal Antimonopoly Service in 10-month time to develop and approve the methodical instructions for calculation of rates and allowances in the field of organization activity of utility complex provided by the Bases approved by this resolution.
3. To Federal Tariff Service in coordination with the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and Federal Antimonopoly Service in 6-month time to approve the forms of calculations provided by Items 9 and 10 of the Rules approved by this resolution.
