Approve lists of the companies (associations) and the organizations subordinated to the Ministry of rural and water farms of Turkmenistan, Association of joint-stock companies of operation of water management systems and servicing of water users Turkmenobasuvkhyzmat of the Ministry of rural and water farms of Turkmenistan and Association of joint-stock companies on technological servicing of agricultural industry Turkmenobakhyzmat, according to appendices No. 1, 2 and 3.

For the purpose of further stimulation of development of seed farming, strengthening of material and technical resources of scientific institutions, No. 4064 "About measures for improvement of seed farming of cotton and wheat in Turkmenistan" to determine increases in responsibility of the Ministry of rural and water farms of Turkmenistan for accomplishment of the resolution of the President of Turkmenistan of February 5, 1999 that:
